By using Pucki you accept these terms. If they do not suit you, do not use the app — and if you have already paid, ask the store for a refund within the window it allows.
Pucki is entertainment. Your pet, its experience, its items and its progress have no monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred to anyone else.
The account is optional: without one, everything stays on your phone, and uninstalling erases your pet. With one, an email address is enough — no password. You are responsible for access to your mailbox: whoever can read it can sign in to your account.
"Pucki Premium" is a one-off purchase, not a subscription: it does not renew and it does not expire. It doubles experience and coin gains, lets you retry a lost game, and removes ads. The purchase, its billing and any refund are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms — we never receive your card number or bank details. Ads are optional and rewarded: you alone decide to watch one.
Modify the app, bypass its game rules, automate its progress, or manufacture fake rewards. An account that falsifies the game may be suspended.
The app is provided as is. The sync service may be interrupted for maintenance, failure, or discontinuation; in that last case reasonable notice will be given in the app. We cannot be held liable for the loss of game progress, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using Pucki at any time; account deletion is requested at contact@pucki.app. These terms are governed by French law.
